Just got word. Estrogen was really high, so we're triggering tonight! I go in tomorrow for bloodwork, and retrieval is scheduled for Wednesday.
On a side note, they changed protocol, so they are having me re-order different meds than they had originally told me to order. So now I am stuck with more than $200 worth of medication I will never use. grrrr..... Oh well, it'll be worth it. Craig says he's going to Google any other ailments he might be able to use progesterone for! ha!

EEKK!! I know these next few days are BIG in the process - how many eggs you will get, how many fertilize, how they grow and develop...gah I'm getting anxiety just typing it! But I am praying that God gives you peace that surpasses understanding AND for God to give you the miracle of life through this. xoxo
ReplyDeleteRachel, I'm so excited and hopeful for you and Craig!!! You know I struggle with the same decisions when it comes to IVF and I'm so encouraged by how y'all are handling it. Maybe I'll bite the bullet soon on the process. :) Until then, my focus is on the gift God has in store for you and Craig. Continue to trust in Him, wait on Him, and draw near to Him. In Him you will find the peace that is so hard to come by on the emotional journey you are on. God is bigger than any number or statistic. :)
